Another blog?
Yes.
For the past decade, I’ve been immersed in the world of sales and business growth, with eight of those years focused on tech companies. I’ve worn many hats—starting as a one-man army in a sales department and later moving into management roles. I've worked in scale-ups and established companies, where there's always something happening.
I’ve done it all (or at least most): writing cold emails, sending countless connection requests, making unexpected (yet mostly polite 🙂) cold calls, and attending conferences. I’ve met businesses of all sizes—from startups to large corporations—learning about their projects, understanding their goals, consulting, educating, and learning myself along the way.
But it’s not just about sales. Let’s call it “igniting growth," which feels more fitting for what I do. Before the first line of code is written for a client’s app or website, you need a solid understanding of how the project is organized, managed, and delivered. You collaborate with marketing on presenting the team’s expertise, make strategic decisions, and much more.
Over the years, I’ve accumulated insights, experiences, and ideas that I want to share—from real-world examples and interesting cases to lessons learned the hard way.
I hope this space evolves into more than just a blog—a community of like-minded people eager to exchange knowledge and connect.
Cheers!
